Hos Eagle Art tager vi beskyttelsen af dine personoplysninger alvorligt. Denne privatlivspolitik beskriver, hvordan vi indsamler, bruger, opbevarer og beskytter dine oplysninger i overensstemmelse med EU’s databeskyttelsesforordning (GDPR) og gældende dansk lovgivning.

Non-Refundable Deposits:

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

If you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. We do not offer refunds for client cancellations.

Studio-Initiated Cancellations:

If TAT needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be either transferred to a new date or refunded at your request.

OPLYSNINGER VI INDSAMLER

Vi indsamler følgende personoplysninger:


  • Identifikationsoplysninger: Navn, e-mailadresse, telefonnummer.

  • Bookingoplysninger: Oplysninger om din forespørgsel og ønskede tatovering (placering, beskrivelse, vedhæftede billeder).

  • Betalingsoplysninger: Behandlet via SumUp – vi opbevarer ikke dine betalingsoplysninger.

  • Kundejournal: Oplysninger om den udførte tatovering opbevares i Planway som krævet af dansk lovgivning.

  • Tatoveringsfarver: I henhold til §9 i den danske tatoveringslov registrerer vi oplysninger om de anvendte tatoveringsfarver samt producentens oplysninger. Disse oplysninger opbevares i 5 år og kan udleveres efter anmodning.

  • Tekniske data: IP-adresse, enhedsoplysninger og cookies via Google Analytics og Facebook Pixel.

HVORFOR INDSAMLER VI DATA?

Dine oplysninger behandles med følgende formål:


  • Booking: Håndtering af forespørgsler og planlægning via vores eget bookingsystem og Planway.

  • Kundeservice: Kontakt i forbindelse med din tatovering eller forespørgsel.

  • Regnskab: Lovpligtig opbevaring af økonomiske transaktioner i Dinero.

  • Lovgivning: Overholdelse af tatoveringsloven ved registrering af anvendte farver.

  • Markedsføring: Anonymiseret tracking via Google Analytics og Facebook Pixel samt direkte markedsføring til eksisterende kunder via e-mail og SMS.


Vi kan bruge din e-mail og telefonnummer til at sende dig information om vores tjenester, tilbud eller events. Du kan til enhver tid afmelde dig disse henvendelser via et afmeldingslink i e-mails eller ved at kontakte os.

OPBEVARINGSPERIODE

Vi opbevarer dine oplysninger i henhold til følgende retningslinjer:


  • Bookingdata: Slettet fra vores system, når det er overført til Planway.

  • Kundejournal: Opbevares i Planway i overensstemmelse med gældende lovgivning – typisk 5 år.

  • Tatoveringsfarver: Opbevares i 5 år i henhold til §9 i den danske tatoveringslov.

  • Regnskabsdata: Opbevares i Dinero i 5 år som krævet af bogføringsloven.

  • Cookies: Se vores cookiepolitik for detaljer.

TREDJEPARTER OG DATADELING

Vi deler kun dine data med betroede partnere i nødvendigt omfang:


  • SumUp (Betalingsbehandling)

  • Planway (Kundejournal og bookinghåndtering)

  • Dinero (Regnskab)

  • Google Analytics & Facebook Pixel (Anonymiseret sporing – vi deler ikke persondata)

  • E-mailserver (Modtagelse af bookingforespørgsler)


Vi sælger eller videregiver aldrig dine oplysninger til uvedkommende tredjeparter.
